I'm having technical trouble enrolling in a course.
We’re sorry you’re having problems enrolling!
This can often be easily solved by using a different internet browser on your computer, phone or tablet. You may also want to ensure your internet browser does not have any strong ad blocker which could make the checkout page unable to load properly.
If you try this and it doesn’t work, contact us with details of what you’ve tried so far and we’ll be happy to keep working with you to ensure you’re enrolled. We look forward to having you as a student!
Can I share what I learn and what does single license mean?
IN LEGAL TERMS…
Your use of the Creative Faith U website does not grant to you ownership of any content, data or materials you may access on the site. Student enrollment grants you a single use license to view the content on the site on your computer or other internet-compatible device, and make single copies or prints of the content on the site for your personal, internal use only. Any distribution, publishing or exploitation of the site, or any content, code, data or materials on the site, is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit any content, code, data or materials on the site. If you make other use of the Site, or the content, code, data or materials thereon, except as otherwise provided above, you may violate copyright and other laws of the United States, other countries, as well as applicable state laws and may be subject to liability for such unauthorized use, including dismissal of student enrollment without refund.
IN SIMPLE TERMS…
All enrollments are for a single license, to be used only by the student who enrolls, regardless if by payment or scholarship.
Sharing login details, watching lessons with others and/or copying any material for others, is not allowed, against copyright law and a breach of student agreement. Your honesty and value for the hard work to create these lessons, by not sharing inappropriately, is appreciated and expected.
Sharing the techniques you learn as a student, is a breach of student agreement. It is expected that you will learn and grow your own techniques as a result of being a student, which is great! Remember that this growth is for you, as the student and be honest about where the line is, when you choose to share what you’ve come to develop personally, as a result of being a student.
Re-teaching, sharing course content, and/or techniques, is not allowed and would constitute dismissal as a student without refund.
This school is able to continue offering great content because students abide by copyright law and do not allow sharing of single license material, instead encouraging everyone to purchase their own enrollments. As the founder of this school, I appreciate you honoring the countless hours I pour into making this school something which can keep impacting lives, while putting food on the table in my own home.
Don’t feel this is fair or generous? We would not buy a car and take one free for a friend, because we feel entitled after our purchase and so it goes with online purchases. Your single use license is available for you and everyone is equally invited to legally purchase their own license. Each course takes months of full-time work to create and countless hours to maintain by a team of people. No one should be asked to work full-time without pay. Copying without permission is against the law and I’m sure you can understand, not appropriate. Thank you for your dedication to value the law and honor the hard work of all who make this school possible, so we may continue to impact lives. Your financial support in the way of enrolling, makes it possible to continue impacting more lives.

Click here to request an email, to reset your own password. Simply follow the instructions on the screen to be sent an email with details on how to reset your password.
Note that you may want to check your email spam/junk/promotions folder and that the password reset email can take up to 12 hours to arrive in extreme cases. If the email still never arrives, contact us to have it manually reset.
I want to change my student profile image.
How do I access my course content?
- Go to the top navigation here at creativefaithu.com and select to log in with the email and password chosen while enrolling.
- Proceed to the “My Courses” page.
- There you’ll find any courses you’re enrolled in. When you click on the course you want to visit, you’ll be taken to the lessons area.
*If you cannot remember which email or password you chose, you may contact us.
*If you don’t find a course you’re enrolled in, you’ve likely enrolled using a different email. Please contact us to help merge your accounts.
The lesson videos won't play.
We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble getting videos to play. Let’s get things working for you!
Try out a couple things by asking yourself some questions…
1. Regardless which device or computer you are using, does it need a software update?
2. If you are using a computer, does the internet browser need updated, (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)?
3. If everything is updated, have you tried using a different browser, or a different device to see if you are still having the same problem? It may be that will help you learn what is causing the difficulty.
*If you’re not sure how to check these things, try searching google with something like… “how to check if my [microsoft/apple] computer is up to date”, or “how to check if firefox needs updated”. This should give you results that are suited to your specific device/computer and browser.
If none of these questions help resolve things for you, contact us with the following…
A. What device you are using (and it’s version)
B. What internet browser you are using (and it’s version)
C. Communicate that you’ve already tried the above.
A course I bought isn't in my log in area.
If you have enrolled in more than one Creative Faith U course and are missing access to a course which offered lifetime access, you most likely enrolled using different email addresses.
The result of enrolling in multiple courses with different email addresses, is that when you log into your Creative Faith U school account, you’re only able to see the enrollments made using that email address. To see everything you have lifetime access to, you need one school account for all course enrollments.
If this happened to you, my team and I can manually delete your duplicate account and email subscription, and set up all course enrollments to live in the same school account. If this happened to you, please contact us, let us know which email addresses are affected, which email you’d like to keep and then my team and I will get things sorted for you.
I need to update the email address on my school account.
You can easily do so by logging in to your preferred account, then click on the profile icon in the top right navigation and select to “edit profile”. Be sure to save any changes you make.
This will NOT edit the email address at which you are emailed student correspondence. Please contact us to request that we manually update your email subscription letting us know your old and new email address.
